Q. I've seen what I want, how do I proceed with the order?
Add the product to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout and follow the steps.

Q. How do I make payment?
You can pay by credit card through DPS payment gateway using your credit card. DPS is fast, easy and safe. We do not have access to your credit card details.
Alternatively, you can transfer the money into our bank account. Bank details are in our 'how to order' section.
Q. Can I lay-by my purchase?
Yes, pay at least 40% and the rest within 4 weeks. You will only receive your order once the full amount has been received.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order after payment has ben made?
It will take 1 - 3 working days for your order to be delivered. In some cases you will receive your order overnight where requested.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
Please contact us to pick up your order. You may only pick up your order if it has been paid for in full.
Q. Can I buy wholesale?
Yes, if you want to sell our products and you're a registered business or sole trader please contact us for more information.

Q. What does the relaxer do to my hair, how do i know if it's suitable?
Using a relaxer correctly will straighten and soften frizzy and hard to manage hair. If your hair is colour treted, use the regular formula. Always do a patch test if unsure.

Q. What is the the pure stretch cap wig?
Pure Stretch is the revolutionary technology in wigs developed by Beverly Johnson. Pure stretch cap wigs are easy and comfortable to wear.
Q Can I wash my wig?
We recommend you use the Demert or Estetica Designs range of products to wash and care for your wig.
Q. Can I colour and style my weaving or braiding hair?
Most suitable for human hair extensions and braids.
Q. How long can I keep my weave or braids?
Human hair extensions tend to last longer due to their higher quality compared to synthetic hair. Also depends on how you maintain your hairstyle, eg using a braid spray or extension lusteriser will keep your hairstyle for longer.
