Stroke the top of stick with fingertips or foundation brush, then apply to face, one area at a time. For more coverage, apply stick directly to face, then blend with fingertips. Then apply Black Opal Delux Finishing Powder or Oil Absorbing Press Powder. Black Opal Powders help to set the foundation making it last longer.
