New Zealand Customers
All our orders are posted by NZPost and CourierPost. Delivery time will vary from 1 business day to 4 business days for South Island and some rural delivery addresses. Please note that Saturday does not count as a business day.
We offer standard ParcelPost delivery by NZPost for customers wanting to save on postage and for those who don't require their orders overnight. Both courier and ParcelPost orders are tracked. Please note that neither ParcelPost Tracked and CourierPost deliver on a Saturday. If you require Saturday delivery, extra costs will be incurred.
Saturday delivery incurs an extra charge of $5.00 for both CourierPost and ParcelPost Tracked.
The cost and delivery time is dependant on the weight of and number of items ordered. Shipping rates are quoted in NZ$. Please note that tax, duty and other customs charges may be payable in the country of destination.
We are based in Murray's Bay, Auckland. If you wish to pick up your order please email or call us to make arrangements. Payment must be arranged prior to pick up.
Wigs and Hair
For health reasons we prefer to not accept returns on wigs. However, we understand that choosing a wig online can be quite tricky and every customer wants the comfort of knowing they can return a wig if it doesn't suit. We do encourage our customers to make colour selections of these items carefully as we can only accept returns if the wig is in it's original condition. If you're not sure about colours or textures, contact us or view our colour charts for further assistance.
When you receive your wig, we encourage that you don't remove any tags on the wigs and keep any protective nets in good condition.
No returns can be accepted for clearance wigs or wigs on special.
Changed your mind?
Should you change your mind about a purchase (excluding wigs), we reserve the right to refuse return of the item(s). You may only return an item(s) if it is in it's original state and packaging is unopened. All our orders are tracked so please contact us about a return within 3 days of receiving your wig. A cash refund excluding postage costs will be issued if the wig is in it's original condition.
To return any item(s) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be given a return receipt number and further instructions.
What happens to returned wigs?
Every customer deserves to receive a brand new wig fresh from the box. returned wigs are sold separately as "returned wigs" at discount so that you as our valued customer are fully aware it's a returned wig(possibly unworn too) and you can decide whether you want to buy it or not. Our promise is that every customer will always receive a brand new never been tried on or sold wig.

Select this option if you wish to make payments directly into our bank account.
